@Gabz oh yeah, way into the series, like 15 or something. Dresden Files. First couple books are pretty weak but it gets better from there. Highly recommend the audio versions read by James Marsters.
@Omrrc yes, it was so much they had to split it into two books. It gets another level of epic and another level of twist, as per usual. They’re not as good as my faves (like Dead Beat but a worthy edition to the series).
That’ll do as a recommendation. They were the first books that got me into those sorts of books. It’s very British but the Rivers of London series is highly recommended!
