Turtle Stacking Season has begun

apparently the only thing that won’t startle turtles off their log: Canada Geese. Everything else is highly startling. But not the cobra chickens.
Reminds me of walks around Greenlake in Seattle. We imagined that the quality of the coming day was determined by the number of turtles we would count on logs near the shore. I think 13 was the max. It was a good day.
