If we can’t legally have “Diversity Equity Inclusion” initiatives, maybe we should have “Duty Ethics Integrity” initiatives…and guess what…you’d be doing a lot of the same things.

When discussing this topic in the off-line world, I said that having DEI programs is unnecessary if you’re actually just simply doing the work anyway. The company doesn’t need to make a big deal about or place a label on it if they’re actually just doing it.
@patrickrhone Yeah, I saw something along the lines of "You want me to report someone but how do I tell if it's DEI or if they're just being a decent human being..."
