🎶 Got to see American Arson for the first time today. The duo was great and Evan Baker (singer/guitarist) seemed to be having a ton of fun and was gracious with the audience. They encouraged a singalong to “Hammer & Gavel”, which I happily obliged.
Talked to Jesse Gentry (drummer) before the show. Got a non-black shirt (yay!). Also chatted about Rise & Fall which is their only release that one can’t get right now, except as a cassette. (The rest are available on Bandcamp or the Facedown Records site.)
He mentioned they are talking to Facedown about maybe re-recording that and some other material!
